The apartment is located in a XVII century building that has been completely restored. There is a large bedroom full of light thanks to a huge window with a very comfortable double bed, from this room there is a staircase that connects to an intermediate floor (mezzanine) with a single bed and eventually a baby cot. The large living room has a wonderful window too and is also full of sun, there is a table for 6 persons, a leather sofa, TV, and in the corner a very modern American kitchen with all you need. From the living room a second staircase brings to a larger intermediate floor where is located a second double bed. The bathroom is close to the living room, easy to reach from all the rooms. The bathroom is very elegant with travertine floor and walls. The furniture is new and very elegant with antic etchings in the walls. Wooden floor and ceiling. Comfort and luxury in the details. Air-conditioning in the whole apartment. The ideal position to be a tourist in Rome! You can visit most of the roman touristic sites on foot.

Nous avons passé 8 jours formidable à rome. l’appartement est idéalement situé puisque nous avons visité rome a pied avec deux adolescentes, le quartier est très agréable et proche de tout. campo de fiori à 10 mn, fontaine de trévis à 20 mn, le colisée en bas de la rue, la plaza de populo 30 mn et le tout à pied. nous recommendons à tous cet appartement pour la proximité de tout (bar très sympas dans le quartier ainsi que de très bon restaurant que vous trouverez dans le guide du routard le tout à 10 mn maxi à pied). l’appartement est très fonctionnel, très propre et surtout amménagé avec beaucoup de goüt. vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés et la propriétaire est charmante. 23/04/2010 – Mrs. celine n.

Location très agréable et très propre dans une résidence silencieuse. L’appartement est bien équipé et les couchages sont excellents. Situé idéalement, près d’une charmante petite place avec des commerces, cet appartement permet de visiter Rome à pied même avec des enfants.
