Very bright and brand new apartment with terrace located in the centre of Rome, between Trastevere Station and Testaccio, very close to the city centre and very well connected thanks to the Station located at 200 m from it and many buses and tram around the corner. It is the result of a very special work of a famous modern architect that brilliantly transformed an old apartment in two small but very cosy apartment of 60 m² each: Castaldi A and Castaldi B. Very similar one to the other they have a common entrance then they split in two. Each of them has a very comfortable living room with a double sofa bed and an American kitchen and a separated comfortable bedroom with a double bed a nice modern bathroom with shower. From both the living rooms you can go to a very comfortable terrace divided in two by vases of plants and flowers  where you can take your breakfast or dinner under a pergola (there are two tables and 6 chairs each and two comfortable arm chairs for bath sun each). The large bedroom has a double bed that can be split in two single beds plus a sofa bed for one additional person.The details are all very Italian, red terracotta on the floor, lovely antique etchings with view of Rome and watercolors, modern white furniture and brand new decoration, white linen curtains very large windows. Aircon. Connections with the city centre are very easy thanks to the near station and the buses stop 50 m from the house.  The area is very alive and full of lovely local markets and typical roman restaurants. The Porta Portese flee market is walking distance. Internet wifi is provided free.

If you land at the Rome Airport Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) I can send you a car for max 4 persons for 45 euro or a mini van for up to 7 persons for 70 euro. Alternatively, you can take the urban train from the airport to the Trastevere Railroad Station (7 euro per person) and then walk to the apartment. The route train or private car is of about 45 minutes. From the airport Ciampino I can send you a pick up service for the same price or you can take a shuttle that reaches the Termini Railroad Station (10 euro each). From Termini station bus 170 to the apartment.
